Unique tie-down holds the biggest kites
Unique airplane tie-down holds the biggest kites. Unless you have sand handy, there hasn’t been a way to tie down hard pulling kites without the use of heavy objects. Designed to secure airplanes to the ground, The Claw has 1,200 lbs of holding power. The more your kite pulls, the tighter it grips the earth. Easy to install with a hammer (not included), it works in anything but sand or loose dirt. The aluminum frame folds to 12” and weighs less than 3-lbs, including the corrosion-resistant spikes.

So far good quality with no issues
If you are a solo flyer like most of the times I go to fly my kites, this claw really helps on having your kites tied down and prepping laundry/more kites to fly. I bought (2), and really help to put some kites laundry all in the air flying at the same time. So far no issues, and I have attached biggest puller I have (Killip Foil 45 - 500lbs test line) with laundry and have resisted anchored in the grass. Although, always check from time to time if anchor is well tied down to ground. Easy to place in the ground and take away.
